P90X help!

I believe P90X is the best fitness program on the planet, but it is defiantly not easy. Here are my tips to getting awesome results

1. Get your nutrition sorted. With out this you can do nothing, as Tony says abs are made in the kitchen.
2. Do Your Best and Forget the rest. P90X is extremely difficult and most people, even the fittest won't have worked out this hard in their lives, so don't worry if you can't keep up at the start or the end, all that matters is that you are continuously improving.
3. Keep pressing play even if you don't feel like it. Some days we just don't feel like working out, but just need to get it done, and I promise by the end you will be bringing it.
4. Do the Yoga. To me it is the most important day of the week and doing it will accelarate your results.

Body Beast UK

As always you will be able to get Body Beast from the Beachbody website when it is released later this summer. It is designed for those who want to build mass at home. So what equipment do you need ? Surely you will need a whole gym to gain 10 pounds of mass in 90 days! Well the only thing that is necessary than the standard P90X or P90X2 equipment is a EZ curl bar and weight plates. Also a Bench is used but there is a option to use a Stability ball instead.

The best place to get this equipment is probably Amazon.
