The most important reason why people can't build mass is that they
don't know what they are doing. They don't get the right nutrition, they
don't use the right supplements and they don't have a training plan
that will build muscle.
So where do I get this knowledge?
One
way is to spend hours searching the Internet and use trial and error
wasting years to find what works. The other is to use a program that
works and that program is Body Beast. This program will help you to
build 10 pound of muscle in 90 days or your money back.
Do I need lots of equipment to do Body Beast?
This
programs is designed to be done at home. This means all you need is a
set of dumbbells, pull-up bar, bench and E-Z Curl bar.

P90X help!
I believe P90X is the best fitness program on the planet, but it is defiantly not easy. Here are my tips to getting awesome results
- Get your nutrition sorted. With out this you can do nothing, as Tony says abs are made in the kitchen.
- Do Your Best and Forget the rest. P90X is extremely difficult and most people, even the fittest won't have worked out this hard in their lives, so don't worry if you can't keep up at the start or the end, all that matters is that you are continuously improving.
- Keep pressing play even if you don't feel like it. Some days we just don't feel like working out, but just need to get it done, and I promise by the end you will be bringing it.
- Do the Yoga. To me it is the most important day of the week and doing it will accelarate your results.

Body Beast Workout Sheets
Workout sheets are available from beachbody at team beachbody. However these workout sheets have you using one different sheet each time you do the workout which is pretty rubbish, so I decided to make my own. The links below contain my workout sheets for the build workouts.
