P90X help!


I believe P90X is the best fitness program on the planet, but it is defiantly not easy. Here are my tips to getting awesome results

  1. Get your nutrition sorted. With out this you can do nothing, as Tony says abs are made in the kitchen.
  2. Do Your Best and Forget the rest. P90X is extremely difficult and most people, even the fittest won't have worked out this hard in their lives, so don't worry if you can't keep up at the start or the end, all that matters is that you are continuously improving. 
  3. Keep pressing play even if you don't feel like it. Some days we just don't feel like working out, but just need to get it done, and I promise by the end you will be bringing it.
  4. Do the Yoga. To me it is the most important day of the week and doing it will accelarate your results.
