Why should I workout at Home.

1.It saves time. This is the number one reason I believe. This means that you spend all your workout time working out and not fighting your way through traffic.

2. It is much cheaper to workout at home. When you buy your equipment that is it and gym memberships are very expensive. Also you save money on petrol.

3. You are in the privacy of your are in the privacy of your own home. This means you don't have to worry about what people think or waste your workout time talking to people
